● Refund after receiving the order

After receiving the order, you can return it within 14 days from the date of completion of delivery. Upon return, the product's presentation, all tags and labels, and Fuzzz branded packaging must be preserved. Products with signs of wearing or any violations of the above conditions are not accepted for return.

● Is it possible to exchange the goods purchased in the online store?

If you want to exchange the goods purchased in the online store for similar ones (for example, for a different size or color), then you need to make a refund and re-place the order.

● If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product

We carefully monitor the quality of our products, all our products undergo several stages of quality control. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the purchased goods or you found defects in the process of correct operation, please write to us by email hello@fuzzzadelic.com or in the direct of our instagram @fuzzz. In your letter, describe in detail the identified defect and attach some clear photos. For further actions, our specialist will contact you.

● Refund of funds to the account

After we receive the returned products, we will verify compliance with all the conditions of the refund and your funds will be returned to your account within 14 working days.
